Spectre Squad - Keyframe Studies

The spectres knew what they were dealing with: A shifter. As they approached the man, he began to glow and morph the world around him. It was time to take the shot.

Some compositional and "keyframe" studies, wanting to take what I've been focusing on (edges, lighting, and value) and make a sequel to my previous cinematic studies. I tried to remember Jama Jurabaev's advice of "Simplify vs. Refine" and to let the shapes tell the overall story.

My thematic inspirations for this one were a cyberpunky Ghost Recon (Tom Clancy), mixed with the rebooted Battlestar Galactica (only the greatest show in television history...So say we all!)
